The service at restaurant is slow. I told them to boil the milk for my one year old daughter which I purchased from the market, they said it will take 2 hrs to boil the milk...
I would not Recommend anyone to go at this place There is no service at all if you order tea they bring in an hour this was my first ever worst experience ever,secondly staff don't have better communication they have a big Gap from person to person as to call on for food service and order you have keep following up again and again and main thing is everytime different guys pick up the call and as the order again and again as there is communication gap Between them .very poor service and attitudes I will never visit again at this Hotel when I visit there again in Mathura.i think the owner of this place is not following up with the staff .My Recommendation to owner is take strict action against the staff Because they spoiling the Name of Perfect stayzs.so please look after it .
