Service Needs Improvement

Paying the full amount but lacks basic service from staff. While booking they don't intimate that room service is not available. They expect the guest to order food and then pick it up from the restaurant themselves. Why should the guest do so when they have checked in tired and have come to rest. Also restuarant is not that great. Improve your service and maybe you will have me back.
