This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we entered, the room smelled terrible, making it very uncomfortable. There were no amenities or toiletries provided, the bedsheets were dirty, and the towels were unclean. The hygiene and maintenance were extremely lacking. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone and will definitely avoid staying here again. Avoid this hotel at all costs, even if it's the last option available. The rooms are foul-smelling, messy, dirty, and unhygienic, very different from the images shown online. Please don't book based on the pictures you see on travel sites. The hotel is filthy and smells bad. The staff are rude, and the food is awful. The owner, Tyagi, was present but was very rude, unsupportive, and arrogant.

The hotel was very nice, and the room with a sea-facing beach view was quite luxurious. The staff were very kind and polite.

We loved the location, the stunning views, and the staff's helpfulness. We will surely return!
