We arrived late at night and struggled to find parking due to limited spaces in front of the hotel; staff directed us to a distant common lot. Rooms were unclean upon check-in’with smelly interiors, a broken bathtub, a non-functional AC, broken bathroom glass window (missing rolling curtain), used/opened toiletries, dirty bathroom, no towels, unclean balcony, and a faulty bedroom sliding door allowing easy access from the 2nd-floor walkway (avoid 2nd floor rooms).We had to repeatedly request the service desk for cleaning, towels, and fixes. Rooms fell far short of the price charged, and the overall stay was unsatisfactory’staff communication was poor, stay quality lacking, rooms substandard, and dinner food disappointing.Breakfast was complimentary with good variety (8/10). I stayed at Grandeur De Sanchi Hotel from 31 Dec to 03 Jan 2026, and it was truly a perfect experience from start to finish. The best part of this property is its excellent location’just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea anytime during the day.A special mention to the chef, who is absolutely amazing. The food tastes delicious, well-prepared, and consistently impressive.The staff is extremely responsive, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality really makes you feel welcomed and cared for. The management is well organised, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Overall, this hotel delivers outstanding value for money.I would happily give 10/10 marks for:Service: 10/10Food: 10/10Hospitality: 10/10Location: 10/10Management: 10/10Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay close to the beach. I'll start with the positives great location and room was kept clean if you asked every day.Service is shocking no issues was dealt with even by higher managementStaff borderline rudeBreakfast typical Indian affair but its a 35 minute wait for a omelette that you didn't ask for, charged for using the hot water out of the coffee machine due to the fact there is no other way to make a coffeeWater in bathrooms goes off at 9am every day but the staff were unable to tell us why.

We stayed from 17 dec to 21 dec ,Very Disappointing Experience ’ Not RecommendedOur stay at Grandeur De Sanchi, Goa was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor and the staff was unresponsive and careless toward guest concerns.The food quality was bad, poorly prepared, and definitely not worth the price. We were expecting decent hospitality, but the experience was far below expectations.The room condition was also unsatisfactory’not properly maintained, cleanliness was lacking, and overall comfort was poor. For a hotel claiming to offer a good stay, this was a huge letdown.Overall, this hotel does not provide value for money. We regret choosing this place and would not recommend it to others.

I stayed from Dec 7 - Dec 13 (2025) and wanted to share my experience. My first three days wasn't good enough as we had to dealt with multiple things like Fan regulator wasn't working and most importantly power backup. They didn't have automatic power back up until day 4 and I had to literally shout at the reception to get it fixed. Food quality was kind of okay subject to number of rooms being booked. Also, thing to notice that they carried over white flour to next day example could be on Day 2 (8th Dec) we got chole bhature in breakfast menu and next day we got parantha made up of same flour. On day 6 (12th Dec) we again got chole bhature and following day (13th Dec) we got poori(/bhaji) made up of same flour. Additionally, Room service was also not as good as should be in property like this. We had to call multiple time at the reception for small things as I felt that they are operating with less number of man powers. Other basic things that was missing (probably) from my room (could be ignored) were toilet roll holder, brush holder, bath shower was missing with few teeths. Lastly, I wanted to watch a cricket match in TV and noticed that dish TV account in my room was deactivated and it took them more than a hour to recharge that account which didn't last for 24 hours. I would like to rate based on my experience as below -Food - 2/5Room Service - 1/5Location - 5/5Staff (humbleness) - 4/5Maintenance - 1/5Overall - 2/5Things to consider before booking this property -One should check if they have enough bookings because then only you will be getting good food as in my case. Power backup is working in automatic mode otherwise you gonna loose your morning sleep after enjoying a night life.
