Minimalist Panjim

I would say we did have a problem in the day 1 when we arrived. But the team stood out to get all our requirements over and beyond. Would appreciate Mary for taking care of us. We are over 50 age and we felt very comfortable staying here. We will surely visit next year for our same event.

Minimalist Panjim was a total jackpot when it came to luxury at a good price point. A good 3 star find that my friend from Goa recommended. The booking experience on the website was pretty smooth and check in as well, Mary helped me check in and check out, she was sweet enough to extend my checkout a little because I was running late!Shoutout to Timothy and Immanuel for being the sweetest FnB guys. Amit was a true service oriented chap, came to give me water and eno at 3.30 am ish.Loved the coffee, food and service at Fika (it's the Caf?? in their lobby) Monsha, Yumi, Vani are so warm and welcoming.Unfortunately the pool was shut for maintenance otherwise it would've been even better.Glad I stayed here, got to explore Miramar and Dona Paula easily.

I am writing to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay at your beautiful minimalist hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely top-notch, and the clean, minimalist aesthetic made for the perfect relaxing environment.I want to give a special mention to Mary (RDM). She was incredibly supportive and helped me so much with everything. Her efficiency and warmth truly made my work so much easier, and I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional hospitality.A big thanks to the entire FO (Front Office) team as well for their seamless service and professionalism throughout.Our guests truly had the best stay, and we will undoubtedly recommend your hotel to everyone. True to its name, Minimalist provides aesthetically pleasing stay at panjim with great service and amazing food.Rooms, In-house cafe, co-working space, hospitality all was wonderful and justified to the prices.Rooms are nicely ventilated with a small balcony and is comfortable to stay.Staff is very polite, always smiling with applausing hospitality and great suggestions for food options. Food and drinks are tasty and worth trying.The aesthetics of the hotel are lovely and it provides books and games at the reception waiting area.There was issue of water early in the morning, maybe due to electricity but overall the experience was great.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in April. Our room smelt like the toilet. When we complained, they tried to give us an aromatherapy fixture but that didn't help. They changed our room and that room also smelt like sewage. Then they gave us another room where the floor had so many ants. Finally, they upgraded us to a suite and in the morning we found the toilet walls were covered with ants, there were ants on the towels and there was an ant in bed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. But the worst part of it all has been the management, who promised us a full refund and now have gone back on their word. They tried to offer us a voucher for three months but we refused. We will never stay at their hotels again. They are now ignoring our calls and refusing to just give us our money back. NEVER STAY HERE!
