Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The ambiance was elegant and welcoming, with impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. The location was excellent with seamless accessibility to all amenities. Truly a delightful experience.
Very disappointing experience overall. The basic facilities and maintenance standards were extremely poor. The water heater was not functioning, and there was no water coming from the wash basin tap. The corridor on Level 1 had no lights at all, and I literally had to use my mobile flashlight to walk through the corridor at night. It is very strange and concerning that the staff ignored such an important issue, especially when I was the only guest staying on the first floor.The swimming pool is only for namesake. The changing room had no lock, the entire pool area was full of mosquitoes,Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to poor maintenance, lack of attention from staff.
