The room bedsheet was dirty Nobody was at reception to do checkin we have to call to do checkin.. I spend my 10 min in searching Tv remote in multiple room.. Bathtowels were not available..Totally it was a pathetic stat and I suggest Agoda to unlist them from OTA WEBSITE
