AAGNEYAM GRAND RESORT

Place location is good. Room also is clean. I am solo traveler. I got room separate from main building. At night someone was swimming and sound was not keeping between room. I cannot sleep properly because of sound and room is closed between each room.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Property was clean and well maintained. The staff was co-operative and really accomodating of our needs.

Needs better management who has better idea of guests' requirements. A professional hotelier must be consulted. While the Front office staff is excellent maybe due to the region's great sense of hospitality, the staff asked to maintain the TV or ac seem irresponsible and no arrangements for food or breakfast exist. Apparently bad management and irresponsible Accessory staff other than the Front Desk/reception who tried to be very helpful. Would not recommend this hotel to any family for the kind of money they charge and the facilities expected, including a so called sham of a swimming pool nicely exhibited but do not have changing rooms or steps to enter, while it's length is just about 10-15 meters. Has parking and the gate keeper tries to help the shifting of personal baggage to the rooms while there is no bell boy or associated maintenance staff other T han cleaners.

Good place, very clean and neat. Peaceful and safe even for women... Friendly staff and welcoming ambience. However the stay could have become remarkable if they provided at the a cup of good tea in the morning... Even if there was no provision for food.
