staff behaviour was very polite
We checked into the hotel around 9:00 PM with our 5-year-old child. Shortly after entering the room, we informed the reception multiple times that both the AC and fan were not working. Despite repeated complaints, no immediate action was taken. After waiting nearly 3 hours, the staff finally arranged another room at around 12:00 AM. Imagine the inconvenience of waking up a sleeping child in the middle of the night and shifting rooms because there was no other option.The breakfast was good, which is the only positive aspect of our stay.The most concerning incident happened the next morning. We left for temple darshan around 9:30 AM and returned later than expected. To our shock, the hotel staff had entered our room and packed/removed all our luggage without our knowledge or consent. This included valuable personal belongings and jewellery. We were never informed in advance, nor were we contacted before they handled our belongings.The receptionist was extremely rude, and the manager's behavior towards the ladies in our family was also unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of addressing our concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful.I strongly advise families to be cautious when staying here: • Be prepared for maintenance issues such as non-working AC or fan. • Be careful about leaving valuables in the room. • Ensure you clearly understand the hotel's checkout policy and insist that your belongings are not touched without your permission.This was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, especially while traveling with family. I would preper professional hotels than this.
