**Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended**We had booked a room for three people, but the hotel staff refused to provide an extra bed for the third person and demanded additional payment for accommodating the third guest. When we tried to discuss the issue, the staff behaved very rudely and unprofessionally.Instead of offering a proper solution, we were forced to leave the hotel. The overall behaviour was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a hospitality service.The **food quality was also very poor and below expectations**. Considering the overall experience, the service, staff behaviour, and food quality all need significant improvement.I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. Management should seriously look into the staff's behaviour, third-person accommodation policy, additional charges, and food quality.
