There were lots of insects crawling on bed. We couldn't sleep. How may ever we removed they kept coming. Bedsheets and comforter are damaged, they have to replace. And entry to stay always terrible, every time we need to go out we need to call a person to assist us. And the entry way to stay is soo dirty, they cant even clean their own way?And finally, anyone can keep maximum of Rs. 2,500. They took 6500 for 3 people which not at all worth it. They didn't give extra bed also. Over all it is overpriced and bad stay.
The place is run down. Are toilet was not working we where told to hit the sit of the toilet take to get the water to come.Power outlets in the room only one is working.We have to continuously as for water and toilet paper.They could not take foreign credit card for payment. Every other resort on Agonda beach can. They need to improve service if they want people to come back
