The hotel seems focused solely on making money by fabricating issues and applying pressure. We booked online via Google and arrived with my two 16-year-old nieces and my 9-year-old daughter. Everything was arranged over the phone, and I was told I needed to buy an extra mattress, which I agreed to. We checked in around 6:30 pm, providing everyone's Aadhar cards. At 10:30 pm, staff came and insisted we had to check out, questioning if those with me were over 18. I tried to clarify the situation by putting my sister's husband (the nieces' father) on a conference call. Later that night, the hotel forced me to move to another room, which then leaked water due to rain. They also tried to charge me an extra 400 rupees for kitchen expenses for food I never ate. My questions to the hotel management: 1) What were you doing between 6:30 and 10:30 pm during check-in? Why raise objections only then? 2) You mentioned the nieces have different surnames—don't women's surnames change after marriage? 3) Would someone intending to do wrong bring their daughter along? 4) Some old reviews mention unmarried couples staying here; how is that handled?

Booked via Goibibo for a family trip with my 61-year-old mother, wife, and two young kids (10 & 6), expecting a comfortable stay. Instead, it was a big letdown. Tried calling reception using the provided numbers, but no one ever answered. Upon arrival, there was no friendly greeting; staff made us feel like a burden despite having paid. The AC was the worst part — it kept turning off every few minutes. Calling reception sometimes got it turned back on, but it would shut off again shortly after. With Goa's heat and traveling with elderly and kids, it was unbearable. Sleep was impossible. The room lacked basic amenities like a kettle, toothpaste, or coffee, which was disappointing given the price. Also, the management's responses to negative reviews are arrogant, reflecting their attitude. I recommend avoiding this place, especially if traveling with family or elderly.

The stay did not meet our expectations at all. The air conditioning in the room was broken, making it extremely hot inside. When we asked the staff for help, they were impolite and did not assist us. Despite asking multiple times, no proper solution was offered. It was a very frustrating and letdown experience.

Our stay at this resort was very disappointing. The air conditioning in our room malfunctioned, causing discomfort throughout our visit. Even after several complaints, the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in fixing the problem. The service was lacking, and the overall experience fell short of what we expected. Based on my experience, I would not suggest this resort.
