Its one of the worst property to stay. I don’t recommend for family and even for bachelors. Bathroom was worst and it has urine spots. No bucket mug. Shower i cant even open at all easily. Its like no star lodge. Bed spring was completely gone and bed goes down badly. Whole night my kid and ourselves couldn’t sleep. On top of it we booked executive deluxe room. Breakfast was not ready on time. We paid for breakfast but we didn’t even have. I am sure food will be terrible as well. When we complained hotel staff. He didn’t even open his mouth. These type of hotels should be banned for life and charging huge cost for customers and cheating them

Family • Feb 2026We stayed at Alps Residency for five days. The room was at an okay level and fairly comfortable. However, the food quality was average. The main issue was with the service staff ’ their service was very poor. They did not respond properly, even when we requested something. Apart from that, everything else was average.
