The location is the biggest plus, with easy walk ability to the south gopuram. The room size was comfortable and the WiFi worked well as well. However, cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was compromised I would say. The sheets were not maintained well and when brought up, I was told that it’s a laundry issue. In terms of the overall maintenance, the property could be maintained and the staff could be responsible with their replies to the queries or concerns raised. Also it would be good to have breakfast provided as well.

Cockroach in the cupboard. The bathroom was dirty and the pipe joint below the sink was broken. There was black water flow with foul smell. We checked out on the same night at 11.05pm and informed the front office staff (Vasanth and another employee).
