Disappointing Hygiene Experience

Rooms are good but hotel staff is not aware about hygiene and cleannes. Worms were in Electric Katel in my room. I have showed this to hotel staff but they reacted it as a normal thing.

We had very bad experience. not recommend this place due to poor maintenance and lack of basic quality checks.First, they provided us a room where the bathroom leakage. After we complained, they changed the room, but the second room was extremely dirty. Again the third room had no proper door lock, which felt unsafe. we finally decided to leave the hotel and change to another hotel immediately.

The property is on road towards Ranthambore National park. RNT is 13 kms away from here. Room size are good but family suites were not available. Location is preferred.

I stay here with my two kids. Room and washroom are nice one staff behaviour polite. I reached here at late night 1 am they treat us very well all organized before reaching.. nice resort worth visit
