Regenta Resort Vanya Mahal

My experience at Regenta Resort has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. This has been one of the most uncomfortable stays I have experienced, and I deeply regret choosing this property.We were allotted rooms where the air conditioning was not working at all. In such weather conditions, a functional AC is not a luxury but a basic necessity. When we immediately reported the issue to the staff and requested a room replacement, our concern was handled very poorly. The management clearly refused to change our room and showed no willingness to resolve the problem.What made the situation worse was the completely indifferent and unprofessional attitude of the staff. There was no sense of responsibility, no urgency, and no effort to ensure guest comfort. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at all.The property lacks proper maintenance, and the service standards are far below what one would expect from a resort operating under a reputed name. A stay that was meant to be comfortable and relaxing turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience.Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend anyone to stay at this resort. Unless there is a significant improvement in their maintenance, service quality, and guest support, this property is not worth the money or the inconvenience.

The hotel looks great from the outside, but there are numerous service lapses that we faced during our stay. Let me start with the rooms first ’ the bathroom literally had fungus and the rooms had wet walls and leakage issues. The hotel doesn’t give you access to use the internet on the Smart TVs. You can only use the DTH on it. The front desk staff is untrained and not very welcoming at all. Now let’s come to the food. The buffet breakfast has limited menu, with only eggs for non-vegetarians. The lunch and dinner taste is average and the kitchen closes at 1030 PM. So if you come back from your safari or trip late, you might have to stay hungry. Local shops close at 10 PM too. What we liked was the hotel courtyard, the poolside and the hotel exterior. Inside, it’s mostly a mess. It seems like they’re unable to maintain this white elephant, and hence cutting the corners by saving costs on TV internet, breakfast limited menus etc. All in all, it was not a very good experience.

Hotel Vanya Ranthambore is a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay near Ranthambore National Park. The location is convenient for jungle safaris and easy to reach. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a peaceful, nature-friendly ambience. The staff is polite, cooperative, and always ready to help with safari bookings and local guidance.One of the highlights is the food, which offers many options with good variety, including tasty vegetarian dishes. The hotel also arranges Rajasthani cultural activities like folk dance and music in the evening, adding a memorable local experience to the stay.

The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy the natural charm of Ranthambhore.The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and well-trained. A special thanks to Budhiprakash ji for his outstanding hospitality, humble nature, and constant support throughout our stay. His service really made us feel welcomed and cared for.The food was excellent ’ both breakfast and dinner were delicious, fresh, and well presented, with a great variety of options. Every meal was satisfying and full of flavor.Overall, it was a perfect combination of comfort, great service, and amazing food. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone visiting Ranthambhore. We would definitely love to visit again!

Let me clarify each things in details-Location - at main roadArea - big in fact with big lawns and open spaces.Reception - NiceImprovement - welcome drink needs to be better.Service - very goodRooms - freshly renovated so you may feel the good vibes, AIRT and unlight comes to it.Improvement- the backyard can be taken care of in a better way to make it more clean and scenic.Ambience - proper feel of imperial art and feel.Food - buffet of adequate variety of food.Improvement - coffee can be better if prepared better and served in a cup.Recreation - they arrange safari etc very wellSwiming pool - Nice, clean and big pool available.Spa available on booking.Overall impression - very goodI am giving one star less due to the only reason that there is always a scope of improvement.
