Excellent Food & Service

One of the best things about this hotel is the food. It feels just like home-cooked food’no excess oil or heavy masalas. The service is also very fast and efficient.The behaviour of all the staff is very good and hotel also has a huge, beautiful garden.

Terrible Hotel Experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this resort/hotel. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and full of issues ’ from unclean bathrooms to a terrible odor throughout the property.The hotel reception and staff behavior were shockingly bad. They were rude, uncooperative, and showed zero concern for guest comfort. It felt like they didn’t care at all about providing even basic hospitality.Room service was absolutely zero ’ no response to calls, no cleaning, and no assistance provided throughout the stay.Most of the facilities advertised online were either not working or in pathetic condition. The management clearly has no control or interest in improving the guest experience.Overall, this was a total waste of money and time. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel/resort ’ there are far better options nearby that actually value their guests.
