Lovely apple orchard

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced in Manali. The room was obviously not cleaned before I checked in; the wash basin and toilet seat were dirty, the trash bin was full, and a used towel was still hanging in the room. There were spider webs on the ceiling, burn marks on the carpet, and the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Additionally, the TV didn't work. The first impression was poor as well—when I arrived, the reception staff were lying on the lobby sofa smoking hookah instead of helping guests. The location is inconvenient since you have to park on the roadside and carry your luggage to the hotel, and no staff offered help despite seeing us with bags. The most annoying part was the morning after I arrived; although I booked for two nights to rest after a long drive, staff kept ringing the doorbell telling me to check out. After I told them my booking was for two nights, they left but came back shortly after asking for my booking confirmation. Being disturbed multiple times while trying to sleep after a late arrival was unacceptable. Overall, the cleanliness, upkeep, professionalism, and guest service were all well below what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel.
