Aquila Boutique Resort Agonda

We stayed for 3 days when we reached they gave us only 1 room which we had reserved and told us the other room is not available as the person has extended the stay for one more day hence they gave us some other room in which the AC was not working hence we had to again move into another room. Den they have only 1 house keeping staff and 1 person to handle problems faced by the guest. There was no proper reception area. Room service was not being done on a daily basis. Water bottles were not provided until asked. Food was also available at another property of theirs at a walkable distance. Breakfast also there were only 3 options. There was no Television also available in the room. And in the app the rooms are overly priced as on the spot booking the prices were cheaper. It rained heavily the first night of our stay hence the room became wet at many places. Also their breakfast starts after 8:30 as when we went for breakfast no one was available due which we were forced to go to another restaurant and have breakfast on 1 day and we requested the person on the next day that previous day we didn't have breakfast so either u give us an extra plate today as we have paid for breakfast but he refused. Hence I would recommend people if dey are okay with all these above problems den only stay at this hotel. Only one thing was good that the beach was opposite the hotel which made it look like a private beach. This is the only positive point. Thankyou.

I visited for breakfast hoping for a good experience, but I didn't really like the food.
