Child Extra Bed Policy: Arpita Beach Resort is a family-friendly property. Children of all ages are welcome. Infants (04 years) stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents. Children aged 511 can utilize existing bedding or an extra bed (charges apply). Guests 12 years and older require an extra bed. Guest ID Standard: As per government regulations, all guests must present a valid physical photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) upon check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted. Luggage Room Service: Full luggage assistance is provided upon arrival and departure. In-room dining is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM) for a 100% refund. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a penalty fee equal to the first night's room rate plus applicable taxes. No-Show / Same-Day: Cancellations made on the day of arrival or failure to show up will result in a 100% forfeiture of the entire booking amount. Note: All bookings made for peak festival seasons and holiday long weekends are strictly non-refundable and non-amendable.

We came in this resort with 12 of my school class mates, friends of 55/60 years. The time spend here was memorable. The resort is excellent with the service efficiency great. The restaurant where we had lunch and breakfast was also quite good. Ms Sushmita’s service was excellent taking special care of our all our requests. Wish the whole team the best

I stayed in Superior rooms with balcony, cost me per night close to 4K. Rooms r very nice clean and well designed. Issues 1. Toilet flooring r very slippery 2. Room service is very poor. Taking 4k but I just asked for extra tea and sugar sachet but they refused said only 2 each per day. I was furious with their reply. 3. Pool is just average but atleast they have one. 4. Buffet breakfast is average. Over all its a nice and good hotel but they r very limited to our request. Not adjusting if u even ask for something extra.

Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Rooms and amenities were excellent. All service were prompt and courteous. Dining room was clean and well arranged. Food were well cooked and moderately priced. Food ordering was easy and service were courteous. Just had no complain, exceptnon-availability of wifi at our second floor rooms (available only at ground floor lobby). Problem could not be set right during our stay. That's all.

The rooms are well maintained and roomy. The hospitality is top notch. The kitchen is quite good with good sanitation and the taste is very satisfactory.The hotel staff behaviours are very gentle, polite and respectful. Highly recommended.

The hotel rooms are clean and basic. Lot of hot water that was available for showers. The staff was very welcoming and warm. Food was delicious. The staff made off the menu items to please the customers. We loved the easy access to the beach. We were able to walk 4 km into the sea and loved the different sea creatures that we saw. A must in a life time activity to do.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
- The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
- Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
- Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
- There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
- All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
