Disappointing Stay Experience

Property denied accepting my booking from Agoda inspite of paying and confirmed booking from Agoda. In fact misrepresentation of the room type and I ended up paying extra on the counter. It was a nightmare for me having my stay confirmed. Very bad experience with my family.
