Everything is fine but no exhaust in washroom no ventilation on washroom makes room atmosphere disgusting.
I had a very disappointing experience at Silverton Hotel, Nainital. We booked a Superior Room for 3 adults, but at the time of check-in, the hotel charged us extra for the third person even though our booking was supposed to be for 3 guests.This created unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. The staff did not provide a satisfactory explanation, and we had to pay additional charges unexpectedly.I would recommend future guests to double-check all booking details and confirm the occupancy directly with the hotel before arrival to avoid such issues. Transparency in pricing and better customer service are expected.
The staff was not cooperative. The TV in my room wasn’t working, and even after requesting assistance 6–7 times, the issue was never fixed. Whenever I asked for even small assistance, my requests were denied immediately. Overall, the service was disappointing, and my stay did not meet expectations.
