Toilets were not cleaned and there is a constant smell of sever in the room bed were so damaged and pillows were also not cleaned no shower nothing very small room in real in photo it shows very big
In Images while you book the room they show you Nainital Lake view but in real there is no lake view, it’s completely closed, No hot water, Dustbin like smell is there everywhere, Staff is non-co-operative, In the room there are bees everywhere & toilet is also not clean, This is really the Worst Hotel guys I recommend not to book it, it’s complete waste of money. No cleanliness at all, complete hygiene failure.
The condition of the room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were many insects crawling around the room, including on the bed. Despite asking the staff to clean the room, no proper cleaning was done and the bedsheet was not changed either.Moreover, the staff’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Their way of speaking was extremely disrespectful. When I said that I would file a complaint, their response was, “Go ahead and complain, do whatever you want.”Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I expected basic cleanliness, hygiene, and respectful behavior from the staff, but unfortunately, none of these were provided.
