The experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The property looked nothing like the pictures online. Upon arrival, the room had a strong bad odor, the sofa covers were ripped, and the place was not well kept. To make things worse, undergarments were hanging openly in the common area, which was very inappropriate and made guests uneasy. The staff acted unprofessionally, constantly staring at us, which made us feel uneasy and unsafe during our stay. Although the property took an advance payment, they are refusing to refund it despite the poor and unacceptable conditions. This is especially upsetting given how different the actual property was from the advertisement. I strongly recommend checking recent reviews carefully before booking. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and not at all what we expected.

The sales team, especially Manisha, urged me to cancel my Booking.com reservation and book directly with them, assuring me of arrangements. After paying an advance directly, the reality was far from what was promised. The staff behaved unprofessionally, constantly staring at us, which made us feel uneasy and unsafe. Despite these problems and the failure to deliver what was promised, they are refusing to refund my advance payment. I feel completely misled and exploited. I strongly advise potential guests to be cautious before booking here and not to cancel protected bookings based only on the property's promises. My experience has been very disappointing, and I am still trying to recover my money.

A very letdown stay. I can't suggest this hotel. The owner was not helpful or cooperative when we faced a problem. Even after explaining, there was no willingness to be flexible or try to resolve the issue fairly. The hotel's rigid no-cancellation rule was applied without regard for real situations, adding to the frustration. Good customer service means understanding and assisting guests, which was missing here. From my experience, I wouldn't advise booking this place.
