Disappointing Stay Experience

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with visible dust and an unpleasant odor. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning as expected, which caused significant inconvenience during my stay.Additionally, the staff response to my concerns was slow and lacked professionalism. I expected a much higher standard of service and hospitality, especially considering the reputation of your establishment.Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your services in the future.

Disappointing Stay Experience

I stayed at this hotel recently and was quite disappointed. The room wasn't cleaned well when I arrived; there was noticeable dust and a bad smell. Some basic amenities were missing or didn't work properly, which made my stay inconvenient. Also, the staff were slow to respond and not very professional when I raised my concerns. Given the hotel's reputation, I expected better service and hospitality.
