We stayed here for one night with my family. Overall, the staff was extremely helpful, polite, and supportive throughout our stay, and the food was also very good.Unfortunately, during the night, my mother was bitten by a black scorpion. It was a frightening experience, and we had to rush to the hospital at around 1:00 AM. I truly appreciate the hotel staff for their prompt response’they immediately arranged their own vehicle and accompanied us to the hospital, ensuring my mother received timely medical treatment. Their support during such a stressful situation was commendable.However, the next morning we found another black scorpion near the bed where we had slept. This was deeply concerning and raised serious questions about the property's pest control and guest safety.While I sincerely thank the staff for their kindness, quick assistance, and hospitality, this incident should never happen at any hotel. I hope the management takes immediate and effective measures to improve pest control and ensure the safety of future guests.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff are very polite and friendly. The services are excellent.
