Had an excellent stay at Shervani Hilltop. I had booked Premium rooms on the 2nd floor, but due to my mother’s injury, climbing stairs was difficult for her. We explained the situation to Miss Mahima at the front desk, and she was incredibly kind and helpful in upgrading both our rooms to Superior category, as those were the only rooms available on the ground floor. Her prompt support and thoughtful gesture made a big difference to our stay, and I’m especially grateful to her.Overall, the experience was wonderful. Excellent food, great location, comfortable rooms, and very good service throughout. Special thanks again to Miss Mahima for her exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!
The Hotel is some 800 m From the Mall road. So every time you want to go down , you need to ask Hotel to provide their Cab.The Hotel is an old Property and very badly needs improvements. The food taste is good.
