Getting to the location from the main road was quite difficult, involving a climb up and down about 100 meters at nearly a 70-degree angle, which was really tough. However, later on, two boys, Yogesh and Dhirendra, showed us a better route. These two were more welcoming and polite than we had expected. The rooms were fantastic. The mountain views from the terrace were stunning. The best part was the excellent quality of the food. We all really enjoyed our stay. Naveen Joshi ji treated us very well, and we shared some good moments with him. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. The only downside is the steep climb up and down.

I recently stayed at Wanderlust Hotel in Mukteshwar and had a generally enjoyable stay. The hotel is cozy, set in a lovely location with a calm environment. The staff service was praiseworthy, especially the two young men who took care of us during our visit. They were courteous, attentive, and consistently served fresh and tasty food. The location, hospitality, and food quality all contributed positively to our experience. However, I was let down by the manager, Mr. Naveen Joshi, whose behavior I found unprofessional and lacking in basic politeness when dealing with guests. A hospitality professional should communicate respectfully with customers, and this negatively impacted our overall impression. While the property and support staff merit praise, I hope the management improves customer relations at the managerial level.
