We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was supportive. The food and rooms at the hotel were excellent!

I would strongly suggest that potential guests carefully consider before choosing to stay at this hotel. A hotel should offer comfort, respect, and safety to its guests. However, due to inconsistent pricing and the staff's aggressive behavior, I cannot recommend this place and advise travelers to look elsewhere. One major issue is the lack of clear pricing; guests booking similar rooms at the same time and conditions may be charged very different amounts. It seems prices are set based on what staff think a guest can pay rather than a fair, consistent policy. The staff's conduct was even more troubling. Instead of addressing guest issues professionally, they often became confrontational and argumentative. Simple talks could quickly turn into heated disputes, and some staff's aggressive manner made the atmosphere uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe. The General Manager was the only person who seemed reasonable and professional, trying to handle situations calmly, but his efforts were overshadowed by the behavior of other staff members.
