An amazing stay in a lovely spot surrounded by nature, perfect for spending time with loved ones, and featuring a charming cottage.

My experience at LiveAway Mukteshwar was among the worst I've had at any hotel. I traveled all the way from Delhi and confirmed with the hotel that I would arrive around 10:00 AM for check-in. I even reminded them an hour before reaching, and the staff assured me everything was fine. However, upon arrival, no room was available, and my family had to wait for 2–3 hours without prior notice. When I mentioned they should have informed us earlier to plan better, the staff responded defensively instead of apologizing. The room was in poor condition, with dirty bedsheets that seemed unchanged since the last guests, an unclean washroom, and a strong unpleasant odor throughout. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be premium. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and failed to communicate properly with guests, making promises they did not keep and showing no concern for customer satisfaction. Privacy was another big issue; guests in the front cottage were drinking, occupying the shared common area, shouting, fighting, and throwing plant pots, while also roaming in inappropriate clothing, making my family very uncomfortable. Despite this, the hotel staff took no action to maintain order or ensure a comfortable environment. Overall, the service was terrible. Having stayed in over 50 hotels across India, I have never encountered such poor hospitality. This property does not meet the standards expected from a brand like LiveAway. Based on my experience, I question the authenticity of many positive reviews. I strongly advise against staying here. If anyone from LiveAway reads this, please investigate this property seriously and take steps to improve service and uphold your brand's standards.

Enjoyed a fantastic stay at LiveAway Mukteshwar. The place features beautiful mountain scenery, tidy and cozy rooms, and a tranquil environment. The team was welcoming and supportive during our visit. An ideal spot to unwind and appreciate nature. Strongly suggested! 😊
