We reserved two deluxe rooms for two nights. The rooms were quite small. The kettle given was very dirty, and despite asking the staff, they neither replaced nor cleaned it, citing staff shortage. No services are available after 10pm, including cleaning the kettle for tea or providing tea. Although the room allowed for a bonfire, they charged extra for it. The property offered woodfire pizza, but they said they would only prepare it if the order quantity was larger. Overall, I didn't find it to be a good value or an enjoyable stay.

Had a great experience with fresh food and really enjoyed the traditional Kumauni thali. Thanks to Suraj, Neeraj, and the chef.

We spent three nights at this hotel and generally had a positive experience. The hotel is tranquil and surrounded by many plants, with well-kept and pleasant outdoor spaces. The staff were very helpful, professional, attentive, and supportive during our stay. Although the breakfast choices were limited, the food was tasty and quite satisfying, and we looked forward to it each morning. The bathrooms could use some improvements; they were neither great nor terrible, but some upgrades would definitely improve the guest experience. The main problem was the power outage caused by a storm, which resulted in a blackout for about two hours one night and then about four hours the next morning. This was quite frustrating and uncomfortable. I strongly recommend that management invest in a better backup power solution.
