While this hotel boasts clean rooms and a great location, our actual stay was highly frustrating and completely overshadowed by poor service and management. We paid premium rates expecting a luxury experience, but the basic amenities simply did not match the price tag:• No Food Post 9:30 PM: The hotel cuts off food service incredibly early. If you or your kids get hungry at night, you are completely out of luck.• Refused Basic Requests: The staff was entirely unaccommodating. They even refused a basic, simple order for our child, which is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment.• Water Shortages: The water kept running out during our stay, causing massive inconveniences. This property is definitely not a place for families. Despite the clean upkeep and nice area, the lack of basic operational reliability and rigid service means we will not be returning.
