The stay was pleasant and comfortable, with good room service. The staff, especially Mr. Chandan, were very polite and helpful. We stayed in a peaceful and spacious den, and I highly recommend it.

We reserved a family suite, but both the main door and the bathroom door were stuck. We picked this room hoping for a quiet, comfortable stay with our baby, but every time we opened a door while he was sleeping, the noise disturbed him. Also, there was water seepage in the room. The Chinese cuisine was good, but the Indian dishes and breakfast were very disappointing. The restaurant's tablecloths had an unpleasant odor, making the meal unappetizing enough that I left without finishing breakfast. During power cuts, we were left in darkness for hours during the day. We had to ask management to start the generator. Even after reporting this in the afternoon, the power went out again at night and the backup wasn't turned on. We woke up sweating because it got too hot without the fan, so we had to call them again. The hotel itself is lovely, with nice views and greenery, and the staff is very courteous, but it badly needs better management and improved food quality. Currently, the food does not justify the cost.
