The stay is a great value pick in addition to the amazing location just across the lake and the view from the balcony is exhilarating, barring a few electric wires that might somewhat be a distraction. Cleanliness can be slightly better for the room. Room no. 109 and 105 offer the best view.

Couple • India • Sep 2026I stayed in Room 209 on the first floor. The room was large, the bed very comfy, and the uninterrupted lake view was definitely the best part of the stay. The hotel is located right by the road, which made it easy to reach, yet it still felt quiet and relaxing. Waking up to the lake view was wonderful. However, the furniture layout could have been improved. A different arrangement might have allowed for better enjoyment of the lake view while also providing more privacy. The on-site restaurant was closed during my visit, likely due to the off-season and limited staff, so I couldn't try it. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a stunning lake view and a calm atmosphere. What made it even more special was Kulfi, a sweet local dog who stayed with me the entire time ❤️

The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well cared for, and the price was very reasonable for what you get. The food was outstanding—everything we ate was tasty, especially the dal, which was absolutely amazing! 😍 It reminded us of comforting homemade meals. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful, which enhanced our experience. What made Hidden Lake Stay truly special for us was that it welcomes pets. Coco had a fantastic time, and watching him enjoy the trip made our stay even more memorable. 🐾❤️ All in all, it's a lovely, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming place to stay when visiting Naukuchiatal. We'd gladly return and highly recommend it!

This lovely accommodation is perfectly situated just opposite Naukutiya Taal. My room featured a stunning window with a tranquil lake view. The environment is very calm and relaxing. You can unwind on the balcony or walk across the street to sit by the lake. The hotel has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were very kind and supportive during my visit. In general, I had a wonderful time.
