Housekeeping..no buckets in room, fridge was unchecked Room service..souled plates of previous guest lying outside our room during check inFood.. good spread accross multiple cuisinesStaffNo greetings from front office.didnt feel welcome. Argument with room service on incorrect order however was later rectified The only 2 people who were actually trying to make it a good experience was the bartender and a trainee in the restaurant. There was hardly any oversight from any senior staff during peak breakfast time. We had to run around to get cutlery
Location to visit the Resort is quite challenging. But you will get one of the best view from this Resort.Room, outer sitting space is very good.Food is outstanding, very tasty.

The food was delicious and one of the best parts of the experience. The staff service was excellent and they were always friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location of the resort is also beautiful and convenient. Overall, it was a memorable stay and a place we would happily visit again.
