Agoda is a complete scam. They show misleading pictures that don’t match the actual property. They advertise one price with a “pay later” option, but when you arrive, the hotel refuses to honor it, claiming that the online price is different, and sometimes there isn’t even an option to pay as advertised.Their customer service was even worse. One of their representatives literally abused me in Hindi and then stopped answering my calls. They kept insisting on getting my credit card information, which I refused to provide.In the end, I had no choice but to pay nearly double the advertised price just to stay at a terrible hotel. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding Agoda.
wrost hotel waste of money totally
Room condition is worse then it was shown in picture and totally different. I personally suggest not to book this hotel. No room service no kitchen service no towel nothing
