Had a lovely stay and a wonderful experience overall. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the service was excellent. The ambience was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway as a couple. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

I booked Brigade Hotel & Resort after comparing online reviews of several hotels in the area, and I’m happy to say that the actual experience matched the positive reviews perfectly.We were a group of four and booked two Deluxe King Rooms for one night. The hotel is in an excellent location, with the temple gate less than a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for both free and paid darshan options.One of the highlights of our stay was the in-house Brigade Restaurant on the ground floor. It has around 12-15 tables and can accommodate about 50 guests. The food was tasty, well-prepared, and not overly spicy. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The restaurant staff, reception team, and housekeeping personnel were all courteous, professional, and always greeted guests with a smile.A special mention to the reception staff, who were very helpful in answering questions about the temple, darshan tickets, and local sightseeing options. Their guidance made our visit much easier.The rooms were clean and comfortable. While the room had a kettle but no complimentary tea or coffee kits, this was not an issue since there are local shops directly opposite the hotel and refreshments are readily available at the restaurant. Hot water was available at all times.What impressed us most was the hotel's exceptional cleanliness. The building, common areas, and guest rooms were spotless. Throughout our stay, I frequently saw housekeeping staff actively cleaning different parts of the property, which reflects their commitment to maintaining high standards.Overall, all members of our group were extremely satisfied with our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Srikalahasti and would strongly recommend it to fellow travelers. The hotel is tidy and suitable for a one-day temple visit. The standard rooms are quite small, while the family suite offers a size comparable to a typical hotel room. The main downside is that if it rains, the road leading to the temple gets flooded, and you might have to walk through dirty water. Otherwise, it's a decent option for a one-night stay, and the ground floor restaurant serves tasty food.
