Brindavan Residency

Terrible, unresponsive, and unapologetic service. I went for lunch with my mom just now and waited for 15 minutes with no one attending us. One waiter came and mentioned only a few curries were left, which was fine with us. After that, there was no further response. We approached the cashier or manager at the counter to ask if they were serving food, but he just nodded without clarifying and seemed very uninterested, not saying a word. Even as we left, he didn't react. Maybe they don't care about losing a customer, and customers don't care either—if not here, then at another hotel.

The service was terrible when we went to eat. The staff serving food showed no respect to the customers. They acted as if they were the ones paying my bill. The service at Brindavan Veg Hotel Ettumanur was very, very bad.

The hotel is very poorly maintained.

Delicious vegetarian meal from Kerala

Outstanding service and warm hospitality. As a solo female traveler, I found this place very secure. The restaurant offers fresh, entirely vegetarian dishes. The rooms are impeccable, with clean amenities and freshly washed bed linens. The staff are friendly and courteous. I initially booked for 2 nights but ended up staying an additional 3 nights 🙏 👏
