We booked in advance offline and stayed from the 17th to the 19th in a Superior Room, but sadly, the whole experience was very disappointing. The kids' play area was in such bad shape that even adults found it hard to enter comfortably. The swimming pool was another big letdown; it seemed the filtration system wasn't working properly, making the water very cold and dirty. The room was not well kept, and the bathroom was even worse. Overall, the property felt old and poorly maintained, with dampness and a bad smell everywhere, making it uncomfortable to walk around many parts of the hotel. What was more upsetting was the management's attitude. When offering a discount, the manager acted like the hotel was very well maintained, which was far from the truth. We raised our issues during our stay, but there was no real response or improvement. At this price, you can find much better hotels in Abu. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend looking at other options before booking here. Please don't make the same mistake we did and think carefully before staying at Hotel Cama Rajputana.

Our room and bathroom were in awful shape. When we brought these problems to management's attention during our stay, they made no real effort to fix them. To make things worse, the manager acted as if the hotel was in perfect condition while offering a discount. At this price, there are much better hotel choices in Mount Abu. Avoid the hassle and reconsider before booking here.

The rooms were cozy, spotless, and well cared for. The property exudes a delightful old-world charm, surrounded by beautiful scenery that creates a relaxing and unique atmosphere. The staff were courteous, supportive, and always willing to help. The food was also excellent, offering a good selection and great flavors. We particularly liked spending time on the premises due to its serene and welcoming vibe. In summary, it was a very pleasant stay and an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy quality moments with family. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Abu seeking a comfortable stay with a heritage ambiance.

The resort offers a nice, naturally green setting, which is definitely one of its highlights. The lush surroundings create a calm and appealing atmosphere, especially in the evenings. The nighttime music and party vibe were great and really enhanced the overall experience. The mix of good tunes, natural environment, and the resort’s mood makes it a good choice for an evening outing. However, the rooms feel quite dated, likely from the original 1990s build, and would benefit from updates and modernization. The mattresses were also not very comfortable. The swimming pool was a letdown, as it wasn’t very clean and only about 4 feet deep, limiting its usefulness for swimming. Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis; if full, guests might need to park on the roadside, which can be inconvenient. Food quality was good, room service was average, night music and ambience were excellent, greenery was very good, but rooms and facilities need renovation. Overall, this resort is decent if you want greenery, music, a nice evening atmosphere, and a relaxed outing. Still, the property is quite old and some facilities require significant upgrades. I’d suggest booking only at a reasonable seasonal price, as it may not provide good value if room rates are high given the property’s age and amenities.
