**Extremely disappointing stay ’ rude staff and terrible service**Honestly, one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The blanket provided in the room was extremely thin, so we asked for an extra blanket. They did provide one, but after that, they literally switched off the AC on their own, assuming that we must be feeling cold because we asked for a blanket.When we complained about it, instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff came and started arguing with us. They basically told us that we could either have the blanket or the AC ’ apparently we couldn’t have both!The room service was equally disappointing. The interiors were poorly maintained, switches weren’t working, some lights weren’t working properly, and the water supply was also not proper. On top of all this, the attitude of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.Even when we were leaving the room, they kept repeatedly asking whether the AC was switched off or on, whether the lights were off or on, etc. It honestly felt like we were being monitored rather than treated like guests.A hotel stay should be comfortable and peaceful, but our experience here was the complete opposite. **Poor service, poorly maintained rooms and extremely rude staff. Definitely not worth the experience.**

A hotel stay should be comfortable and relaxing, but ours was the exact opposite. Poor service, badly kept rooms, and extremely rude staff made it not worth the experience.

Absolutely wonderful! I’ve stayed in many places around the world and this hands down the best value for money I’ve ever experienced.The location in the old town, friendly staff, fun guests, restaurant with delicious food, rooftop pool with water views, spacious rooms, and overall old meets new atmosphere was just superb.Stay here! It’s the best!
