Many are situated close enough to popular beaches such as Calangute and Baga to reach on foot. They are often seen as a more economical option for families than booking several hotel rooms. Usually, they come with practical kitchens, fridges, and roomy living spaces.

First of all, rooms. Everything is placed neatly in its appropriate place. Every single utensil is placed on the kitchen counter, completely organized. You don't need to search cabinets, you'll find washed and clean utensils on the counter itself. Bathrooms are clean, rooms are clean, hall is clean.Second point, service. Mattresses provided are good. Caretaker is a very polite person. Smiles and talks in a friendly manner. Mainly the owner himself communicates with costumers promptly for any queries. Also, the rates were awesome. We, a family of 7 people, visited on a weekday, had better experiences than we do in hotel rooms. You get the whole floor.Location: Best location for anyone who mainly wants to be near Baga and Calangute.

Firstly, the rooms are very well organized. Every utensil is neatly arranged on the kitchen counter, so you don't have to look inside cabinets; clean and washed utensils are right there on the counter. The bathrooms, rooms, and hall are all spotless. Secondly, regarding service, the mattresses are comfortable. The caretaker is very polite, always smiling and friendly. The owner himself responds quickly to any questions. The rates were excellent. We, a family of seven, stayed on a weekday and had a better experience than in typical hotel rooms. You get to use the entire floor. Location-wise, it's ideal for anyone wanting to stay close to Baga and Calangute.
