Very disappointing experience, nothing was good. The rooms were terrible, and we had to switch rooms three times due to issues with service, ventilation, and the AC. The food was decent, but everything else requires significant improvement. We even encountered snakes and large lizards on the property, which felt unsafe. Our vacation was ruined.
