The daytime staff was also very friendly and cooperative.The food was delicious and fresh, and the overall stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The washrooms were exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent.Overall, the service, cleanliness, staff behavior, and facilities were outstanding. My brother’s pre marriage functions was planned at sonash . Ambience , service , hospitality, food everything was absolutely amazing !!!! They did fantastic job beyond my expectations. Staff is very friendly and they have ensure proper communication about each and every thing .Also my some guest were staying at sonash and they were delighted with the kind ofComfort , room service and ofcourse rooms were well planned .I had very good experience and would definitely recommend Sonash. Our visit to Indore during the second week of February was primarily for social engagements across the city, and from a connectivity standpoint, the hotel’s location just off AB Road was certainly convenient. However, the property is situated along a service lane and does not offer exclusive parking, so luggage has to be unloaded on the street, often amid moving traffic.The room allotted to us was spacious and well-appointed. That said, the experience was dampened by the absence of hot water on two consecutive winter mornings. We also endured two noisy nights, as a wedding party was staying at the hotel during our visit. With around 26+ rooms spread over two floors, accessing some rooms involves a fairly long corridor walk.I was concerned to notice the absence of visible fire safety signage. When I enquired at the front desk (the executive mentioned his name as Mr. Suraj, if I recall correctly) about the fire safety provisions, I was told he would check with the management and revert, but I did not receive any follow-up. Typically, one expects to see an evacuation plan displayed behind the door and visible sprinklers or detectors in place ’ I sincerely hope my concerns were unfounded.The breakfast spread was moderate. On a positive note, the staff was welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel may suit business travellers or those attending social functions, provided expectations are aligned accordingly.
