The cleanliness of the rooms is a major issue, with fungus growing on the bathroom curtains. Room service is very poor; you have to ask several times even for water bottles or get them yourself. The landline phones don't work, and they don't answer calls on WhatsApp. The hotel's menu is printed daily on paper without any prices, so they charge whatever they want. You can find the same menu cheaper on Swiggy. I paid 50 rupees for a cup of milk.
