The Hans Hotel

We stayed for a night . We took the Premium room with a balcony .Pros - Room size. Good view from balcony . Bathroom has been renovated so clean .staff is polite and respectfulCons - Bathroom doesn't have towel racks/ hooks to hang clothes . Towels were stained.Breakfast was very minimal and did not have much options.

1. the location is great and Rooms are spacious . Room and linen is very clean and comfortable !2. Improvements in bathrooms : No towel rack , no hanger behind door , the soap and body conditioners are rusted everywhere !! Is someone taking note ?3. Buffet breakfast : service is good but the variety and food is average , vada and Dosa was awesome !! The tea and coffee containers are ancient ( like the soap dispensers on bathrooms ) and very dirty !4. Towels : texture is very bas and hard ! Very dirty and stained ( bed linen was clean )

I had a horrible experience staying at Hans. It doesn't live upto its standards. Initially they checked us into a room which was not even cleaned, it had beer bottles on the table. Upon insisting, they gave us another room which was not well maintained. The walls on the room and washroom ceiling had cement falling off. The breakfast buffet was also very average, with very limited options.

Not at all Sanitary. Pictures show you something and reality is something.
