The Fern Residency Hubballi, Series by Marriott

I am very unhappy with how my refund request was managed by this hotel. The staff verbally assured me that a refund of ₹2,000 would be issued, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received the refund or any replies to my emails. As a customer, I expected honesty, clear communication, and professionalism. If there was no plan to give the refund, the promise should not have been made. The silence and failure to return my money make me feel deceived and unappreciated. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the hotel and made me think twice about staying here again. I hope the management listens to this feedback, improves their customer service, and handles refund matters promptly and transparently. I advise everyone visiting this hotel not to trust them or pay any advance booking amount.

Pleasant treatment

The food is tasty and the service is outstanding. Mr. Praveen Rathod offers excellent service with very professional conduct. The food quality is good.

Thanks to Samana for outstanding customer service and hospitality. Your exceptional approach, warmth, and attention to detail really enhanced our breakfast experience. We appreciate the wonderful service!

I received a very poor response today. I checked out early and in my rush, I left my watch in the drawer. I called the hotel within 30 minutes, and they said they would check and get back to me soon. However, despite my repeated calls, they never responded. I'm absolutely sure the watch is still in the drawer, but now they will probably deny it.
