Really Pathetic Staff and Really Pathetic services.I asked for the Room bill and no one there to respond.I chase them a lot but still I am struggling.It's really bad and even shamefull services.I will never suggest to any one to stay in this hotel ever.The SO called GM is very irresponsible and casual and good for nothing.Again I am saying it's really pathetic.

Clarks Inn Express Ludhiana offers excellent service. Mr. Swarit and the receptionist were extremely supportive and ensured a smooth, comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a 50-inch smart TV installed for added convenience. Overall, a great experience ’ highly recommended!

The staff were incapable of providing services. The mattress was bulging out from the upper middle portion and the TV was not working. I requested to change the room or rectify the above issues. But they informed that rooms were not available and they rectify the issue. They don't even have kitchen of their own. They arrange food from some other restaurant outside. Despite the same, the room tarrif is so high. Pathetic service and worst experience of my life. Please don't stay in this hotel.
