Hyatt Regency Ludhiana

After initial miscommunication of booking cancellation, finally we got our rooms and our stay was okIt did create a very difficult situation for 2 days as we had 2 nights prepaid confirmed booking but when we get to know that it's cancelled without our consent. ***, FO Manager did regret this incident but still I don't believe, any random employee can write to Agoda cancelling, on his free will. Anyway, stay was good, breakfast, dinner good though dining room service need to speed up. *** at Reception was a great help.

Worst service of all the team, I booked a room with full payment but they've asked money from the guest of Jagatjit Group. it's ridiculous to stay in this hotel. I'll never suggest/take any room in future. My payment doesn't refunded even after 3 months passed. I'll claim in the consumer court if my money not received within 2 days.

1/5 stars"This place is a 5-star trash fire ’’. Filthy rooms, freezing temps, and 'customer service' is a myth. Arrived, dumped our bags, and got a dirty room. Complained? Got shuffled to another dump. Rinse, repeat. Had a baby with us, so that was fun. Management pretended to care, staff looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. For the price, get a tent. Don't book this disaster."

No use of TVin gym they are keeping paper glass. Such 5star hotelAll these are replaced after raising issuesNeed improvement on essentials apart from Room quality.

The location is a decent business hotel. The front door staff, check-in team, and housekeeping are excellent and really go out of their way to make you comfortable. We were in the executive suite for two days, and when the jacuzzi wasn’t working, they upgraded us to the presidential suite, which was very thoughtful.The main issue was the breakfast and food service. The buffet felt disorganized’more than once we left our table with our belongings on it and came back to find other guests sitting there. Service was also slow, and it could take quite a while just to get a glass for water.Also, unrelated to the hotel itself, there was quite a bit of catcalling around the premises. As a woman, it can feel uncomfortable, but that seems more like a broader cultural issue than something the hotel staff can control.Overall, great front desk and housekeeping teams, but the dining experience needs improvement.
