It is good and the staff was very politeGuys dont belive in the fake review of this hotel. Beatiful rooms and beautiful amenities and moderen designed rooms.

I stayed 2nd time in hotel P grand, they provide best response to the guest, Reception Person always talk politely with me every time, I always prefer to stay at there, they give you the best atmosphere and i always felt like a family,Thank you ’?.

I would like to bring to your notice that the staff behaviour at your hotel is not satisfactory, especially Mr. Krishan at the reception. He does not treat customers properly and demands ’500 from guests who arrive 1’2 hours before the check-in time.This issue is recurring, as I have visited the hotel 4’5 times, and every time his behaviour has been unpleasant.Request you to please look into this matter and take appropriate action

We stayed for two nights.We had booked a deluxe room. The room had a mini fridge and other basic amenities.The staff was friendly.There is no lift. The parking area is far from the hotel.Some rooms can smell because of moisture.The main issue is the limited breakfast. They give only what they prepare for the day. If they make parantha then that is the only option.They give only one water bottle per room. A deluxe room is for two people so this does not feel right.No lift in this time is also not good.

All the staff members were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even better.
