I had a comfortable stay overall. The Front Office staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful during check-in, and the lobby had a pleasant atmosphere. My room was clean, the linen was fresh, and housekeeping responded quickly whenever I needed something. A bit more attention to deep cleaning and routine checks of amenities like the shower pressure, switches, and mini-bar items would make the experience even better. Despite these points, the stay was enjoyable, and the service showed good effort.A special thanks to Ms. Kanan who showed great effort with a smileWill visit again.

I recently stayed at Park Plaza Ludhiana for 3 days and had an overall good experience. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stand out with their warm and attentive service. A special shout-out to Kanan, the Guest Relations Manager, who went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. The chefs and restaurant service staff were outstanding. The food was fantastic, and the overall ambience in the common areas was impressive.That said, the reason for deducting 2 stars was the rooms. Rooms really need serious attention. The beds were old and creaky, making noise every time I turned, which affected my sleep. The mattresses felt extremely worn out’easily 20 years old or just very poor quality. Honestly, I’ve seen better bedding in budget hotels. The bathroom fittings were also outdated and not well maintained, which took away from the comfort of the stay.With good rooms, it is definitely a 5-star place to stay. Park Plaza has great potential with its service, staff, and dining, but the rooms definitely need an upgrade to match the rest of the experience.

I have been travelling to Ludhiana since 17 yrs but I must say the Park plaza is now a Tired old hotel that is screaming for renovations & an upgrade. The rooms are old , furniture is outdated & the hotel generally has a foul smell now. Only Plus is the location within city limits which also feels like not work anymore. Would definitely go to the Hyatt next.
