We stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had.The biggest issue was the condition and smell of the room. There was a strong unpleasant/musty smell inside, and during the stay I started sneezing continuously, followed by a runny nose, and later developed fever and felt quite unwell. I obviously cannot medically confirm what caused the illness, but the room environment made the stay extremely uncomfortable for me.What disappointed us even more was the difference between the property shown online and what we actually experienced. The photos on the booking platform make the property look clean, fresh and well-maintained, but our experience was completely different.We also noticed insects/pests inside the property, and I am attaching actual photos from our stay so that other travellers can see the condition for themselves.When people book a hotel, especially when travelling with family, basic cleanliness, hygiene and a comfortable room are the minimum expectations. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet those expectations.My suggestion to future travellers: please don't rely only on the promotional photos. Check recent guest photos and reviews carefully before booking.I hope OYO and the property management seriously inspect the rooms, address the smell, improve pest control and update the listing with photographs that accurately represent the property's current condition.Based on our two-night stay, I would not recommend this property.
